Advisor Dashboard

Manage Clients
manage-clients_main

The admin portal provides advisors with an overview of their clients' accounts and goals. Advisors can filter for 'off-track' goal statuses to identify clients needing immediate attention, investigate issues, and assist clients in getting their goals back on track.

Prospect Clients

Information entered on the Robo application becomes leads in the 'Prospect Client' tab on the admin portal, enabling advisors to track and contact prospects.

Advisors can add prospects via the platform, triggering an invitation email with a unique URL to the Robo platform. They can also send reminders for onboarding completion.

Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Dashboard

Portfolio – Fund List

On the fund list page, the CIO can add funds for constructing the investment portfolio.

Next, the CIO can construct the portfolio and assign various thresholds to each portfolio.

cio-dashboard_portfolio-list-details

On the portfolio detail page, the CIO can map the prepared list of funds from the previous step to the given portfolio and assign weights to each fund. This will generate an overview of asset allocation in a pie chart.

Portfolio – Risk Capacity
cio-dashboard_risk-capacity

After setting up the portfolio, the CIO computes the risk profile. This involves assessing users' personal information, such as income, expenses, age, goal time horizon, and sometimes educational background.

This data will then be mapped to risk bands for the Robo platform to determine users' ability to take risks.

Portfolio – Risk Tolerance

The final step involves the CIO setting up risk profiling questionnaires to gauge users' risk willingness. On this page, the CIO maps out questions and assigns risk scores to each answer.

These questions appear on the client-facing robo-advisory interface for users to complete as part of their goal setup.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dashboard

Clients Analytics
analytics_overview

The COO can review the company's performance on the client analytics dashboard, analysing Assets Under Management (AUM), client accounts, and goal statuses.

Client Account Statuses
analytics_account-status

The COO can analyze account analytics over a defined timeframe for deeper insights into client statuses. This aids in employee performance tracking and resource planning.

For example, a rise in 'approved' accounts indicates higher client acquisition, while an increase in 'pending approval' accounts signals a need for more back-office resources to expedite account opening.

Client Goal Types
analytics_goal-types

Goal type analytics enables the COO to identify popular goal types on the robo-advisory for marketing purposes. For the goal types with low sign-up rates, the team can re-evaluate and provide feedback to the robo-advisory provider for improvement.
